Yes, Scootaloo's goddamned wings are apparently normal size for her age. Just so you know, if you want to write a fic about why Scootaloo can't fly yet (which isn't exactly accurate: she can hover a bit. Gotta crawl before you walk, and all that). Her wings aren't undersized.

Edit: Excellent point made by a commenter:

If HE can fly with those tiny wings, I'm pretty sure Scoots isn't not flying because of wing size.

If I ever read a Scootafic where she can't fly, I like to just disregard the wing size and go with that not enough 'pegasus magic' theory. Mostly because of Roid Rage/Snowflake. Just LOOK at those wings. I rest my case.

Just saw this bit, and I would like to say that that saying is actually false. Many children skip crawling entirely and go straight to walking. My sister is an example of that, and so is her daughter. And if my earliest memory was just a few months earlier, I'd know whether or not I am, too.
