Thanks Darky-Warky! From my vantage point, which happens to be over his shoulder, it would seem that all that positive energy has led him to write like a madcolt...or I guess madman since he's a human! That is, when he doesn't let himself get too into his music but hey, when one of my songs comes on he can't help but sing along!

I was in a silly mood last night, but the picture is of Dashie and Apps' back sides: their flanks and tail; the joke comes into play with the fact that some people have nicknamed a pony's flanks as their 'plot', hence the pun that Pinks makes....followed by Dark's play on words as well. Myself as the author then reacts dramatically because he's afraid that those reading the story might think his six pages of progress written last night were not constructive and, rather, were more risque if you will. Haha.
I can assure you they were most productive though!

Inspiration is indeed a fickle mistress; the many other stories I write that are not pony-based have all suffered a large case of writer's block, and yet Just Horsing Around continues to have no such problem. *knock on wood* So that's probably why it keeps getting updated so frequently.
Eventually you'll overcome that writer's block, so don't worry!
Although we can both agree: Writer's Block is simply the worst, possible, thing, ever!

To be completely honest though, my case of writers block is spreading to all my other stories. I just, can't write anymore...

Anything else when it comes to my other stories like A Man And His Paradise (Which reminds me I want to put that on Hiatus and rewrite the story) of The Server Admin (Also may need a rewrite because it doesn't mostly include the Game mechanics into the story often enough) or even the new one I'm writing which is a Borderlands Crossover with OC Vault Hunters. I just can't find the inspiration to write.
I mean yeah, I got a couple Back-Up one shot stories that I can post onto the site, like that one horror one I tried to write. (Dunno if it's any good though)
I might just need to take a REAL break for a bit, might go to the beach, or have a couple friends over to watch some movies and eat pizza.

It's a new story! I don't know what its called yet, I might need help with coming up a name for it. But I am currently writing it, started two-three hours ago, after watching a movie and I have currently written over over 2k words for it. And I AIN'T FINISHED YET!!!!

Unfortunately, to be honest, the only reason I have the time to type is I'm one of those poor suckers with a college degree that can't find anyone to hire me.
Not for lack of trying mind you but luck has not really been on mah side. Heh.
So writing at least let's me feel productive if nothing needs cleaned up or attended to or what have ya after I've done mah job searching.

That New Fluttershy rage icon caught me off-guard...and yer name change too. Haha. XD Anyway, I live in the USA and in a particular region where the job market has like...no growth. I mean, in all honesty, I can't even get the same type of job I had during college at the local supermarket which at this point is not below my taking because a job would be a job, but not really something towards a career with my BBA in Management. I've had interviews, plenty of near hires, but it just seems like it's all for show to satisfy some suit somewhere; none of the places I've applied to ever seem to fill the position and it irks me when I know I have the skills and drive to do the job and learn it only to never get a clear answer out of the employer. Further turning the dagger is when a few days later I see them advertising the same job opening again on their hiring page/job search sites.

I do have a part-time job I do with mah dad flipping things we find at garage sales, consignment shops, etc. An eBay store we run so it's not like I'm not working, I just don't have something that, ya know, would allow me to make a life for myself. I get enough to pay the few bills I have and have maybe a tiny bit left over to save up and not feel completely worthless but...the whole point of going to college was to get a job in that field and it irks me that everytime I feel I'm close, it falls short.
It's good you have a plan though, plans are quite useful in making sure everything keeps on pace and I wish ya luck with that when the time comes. And that's good about yer story, good luck with the proof-reading.
I've got some job leads to check out from Goodwill and then I'll try to finish up mah chapter and get to proof-reading myself so off I go to that.

But my family doesn't want me to get a job Till I finish school and Uni. But I do have experience teaching kids and a little on a work site with my Dad. (He's a manager to a company. But he's being offered a better position.... Don't know if he's gonna take it or not though...)
Plus my mother is a private tutor so I can get loads of experience when she teaches me!

*nods* I went and saw, that's interesting to hear that MLP and the bronies out there helped ya out that much but that's good that the show had such a strong positive impact on ya.
And yer right about what ya said about the Mane Six, especially Pinkie...good heavens, even just thinking about her smiling puts a freaking grin on mah face too.
New Zealand huh? Dang! Yeah, my parents didn't mind me not working when I was in high school and college but, ya know, having money when yer a college kid is nice and stuff. Hahaha. That's good that you've got a little experience under yer belt too, stuff like that adds up. I have a sneaking suspicion some of mah lack of hiring issues come from not having any experience so I reckon that will help ya in the future. So keep at it dude and don't give up.
I got the chapter done after applying to a bunch of places and it, like the one before it, got a bit crazy though in other ways. It's definitely still a fun (if long) chapter, so hopefully you and everypony else enjoys it when I post it! I wager there's...maybe another two chapters (maybe three?) of the normal silly, funny, with a hint of romance and awkwardness slice o' life-ness most of the chapters are before we get another few chapters that are all intense-ish like the Discord ones. Rawr, action!
I'm feeling pretty drained though, so I'm making a point to get to bed on time tonight but I saw yer comment and wanted to reply before then.

Insane Pinkie is interesting...I mean it's reasonable to think she would have a part of her personality like that she hides by being all super cheerful and stuff since, as reality dictates, some people that act super happy are like that so....

Okay, hold on, hold on. Did you check both the long and short description fer any words that the site might frown upon? Even if one description is clean, the other might have had something ya missed. I notice with some things they're really picky here so maybe it's a word that normally wouldn't be a big deal but for this site it's a 'no-no'?
That's the only thing I can rightly think of but see if that might be the case and let me know.
Some good news though! I just finished and published 13th Harvest so there's that waiting to read...it's like 16,000 words almost so it's the longest chapter yet.
