Eeesh, finally some good news. Chapter 4 of Dude, We're Ponies is now up and running. Had some fun writing this one. Bit low on jokes, but at least there seems to be some plot happening. Can't have too much plot.

In other news, I took another level in nerd and watched 4 seasons of Doctor Who. Wonderful show: great acting and clever writing combined with a general tone that can only be described as 'ridiculously awesome.' Reminds me a lot of My Little Pony in that respect, except that no pony ever destroyed all the Satans.

I seriously considered offering to preread, but I'm already on a couple other projects at the moment in addition to school. If in the future you're in the market for a particularly brutal critic who loves his literature a bit too much, though, I'll try to make time for it.
That said, I'm loving this. Everything about the premise sounds like a recipe for disaster. I mean, it's a somewhat ungimmicked ponified-HiE fic, and as a rule comedy revolving around a couple of deadbeats making arses of themselves hasn't been cool since Bill and Ted. The fact that you've made it this enjoyable is nothing short of astonishing.
Glad to see it's up and running! I'd suggest taking a look at your google doc though. Your pre-reader is good but could use a bit of a brush up on some things.
63394 Thank you. I like to think that a good writer can make any premise at the very least entertaining. Originality is certainly a plus, but not the main ingredient when compared to wit.
I'll gladly take you up on that offer in the future. I am seriously in the market for constructive criticism. The biggest problem of sites like this is that only people that already like your story bother to comment.
I just finished watching the first three episodes of Doctor Who, and I am loving it! I know exactly what I will be doing for the rest of my Spring Break.
