Hello to the one, perhaps even two people who might read this. I have a little bad news to share. That story promised by the end of this month (August) isn't going to happen. The details of the story are in the previous post if you don't know what I'm talking about, but well, what happened is that it evolved and is gonna turn into a multiple chapter fic with around four or five relatively short chapters of about six to eight thousand words each. I could release it all as a single complete story of about 30'000 words, but I'm not comfortable of releasing something that big just yet. It is also due to that I want to release something very soon and I don't want to spend three months on a single story, yet. I just don't feel too qualified or confident to push out something that big.
So I've finished the first chapter to said story, and after I've thoroughly planned how the rest of the story is going to pan out through the next chapters, I'll revise that first chapter draft and release it. But that might not happen in a while. But what will happen within the first week of September is a short ship fic I spontaneously started working on. These didn't normally ever develop into anything a year ago, but I've come a long way and I'll be using the NaPoWriMo month to put my nose to the grindstone and really work on that stack of unfinished stories.
So at the very least, expect something by the end of August. Thanks for reading, your eyeballs are like currency to me!

Well, with the poor joke out of the way let me say that apologizing for a missed date on a story is always a good thing. It shows your fans that you do care.
