Hey there lovely loyal followers! I hope your day is going well and you're all in excellent health! I thought you guys might want some truly excellent My Little Pony studies on pony anatomy and proportions that I found on DeviantArt, just in case some of you dabble in the artistic persuasion. I know that I've had a lot of fun drawing our favorite ponies and these images are absolutely perfect for getting those proportions just right so that your ponies don't end up looking like weird noodle creatures. If these helped you at all, I'd love it if you were to send me a copy of your efforts (because I love art!)
Oh, and credit where credit's due, these images came from the gallery of DeviantArt user, DShou.
General Anatomy and proportions:

Hind Legs:
Mane Design:
Perspective Guide:
Eye Coloring:
You noticed the rest wouldn't load?
Actually, dunno why, when I right-clicked and told it to show the picture, it did... though it was a link to deviantart not the pic itself. Maybe that's why.
Edit:
Oh, just read your edit.
That might be why... I wasn't aware there is a limit, though.

Actually, I got it figured out. The original post in all its glory should load. I guess FimFic didn't like the links I used earlier. Try reloading the page.

It worked like a charm!
Not that I really have any use of it, though... I can barely draw stick figures... this? I don't suppose so.

Like anything else, it just takes practice. That first image, the general anatomy one, is the one that I found the most useful. It really helped to see the shapes underlying the forms of the ponies. Until I saw those, I just couldn't get their backs quite right. Barely drawing stick figures is a good place to start! It means you haven't developed any bad habits. Waste a few sheets of paper today; by the end of it, I'm sure you'll have made a lot of progress.
