I advise all avid internet users to thoroughly check all installers! I was just infected with a program called "Quickshare". This is making it difficult for me go on the web at the moment. I'm running three different anti-virus scanners /removers. I've uninstalled Quickshare, and I'm in the process of uninstalling and reinstalling all of my browsers from Opera to Google Chrome. Just thought I'd give everyone a little warning on this software. I can only safely access web pages from my book marks like FIMfiction, if I open a new tab or window I'm given even more spam software. I hope no one else is given this CURSE of a virus.

That is rough. Worst I have had was a virus that set me to a proxy server with eight porn sites (scams), a scam anti-virus server, and four different erectile dysfunction ads (scams). I had an anti-virus program set to auto-delete virus's since it would try and tell the anti-virus software that it did not want to be removed, and it hid itself as a vital computer component. It ended up destroying the hard drive. So yeah, do be careful, and I will keep this warning in mind.

I'll look into this and call on a few "friends" who owe me favors.... We shall see how long this virus stays on the internet.... Possibly not very much longer....

Yeah that one got me as well... I had to have my dad who works with computers delete it from my computer, and then had to delete and re-load all my internet browsers, because they were running so slow. The worst part is it somehow got past both of my antivirus programs.
