Writers block! NOOOOO!!!!

I sat myself at my desk with a pepsi in one hand and spirits high.
I turned on my computer and opened a blank page on the continuation of my story.
I gently placed my hands on the home keys, and then my mind went blank. just like the document in front of me....."Oh no," i told myself frantically.
"Writers block...." I stared at my computer for forty-five minutes until, i thought listening to some music might help....Nothing again.
I tried reading one of my favorite books.....Zilch.

If anyone can help me with some tips. it would be much appreciated!
