Ok everypony as you all know I said I would be doing a contest for a celebration of my twentieth follower. I got that person today so I am opening the contest to the public. The question surrounds WWII and the nuclear bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The question will be in the next blog, but for now it is just the rules.
