5 Things I Have Learned From Dyeing My Hair Pink · 9:53pm Jul 6th, 2013
1. Items around my house have spontaneously also turned pink. Namely the shower, my towel, and my pillow.
2. Odd looks from the over 40 set have increased, as have high fives from the under 30's.
3. Despite being really excited for dyeing my hair, I find myself very nervous at the fact that, for the first time in my life, something makes me stand out in a crowd.
4.Quentin Quire cosplay seems to be laughably easy now.
5. Despite the fact that I quite often surprise myself with own my reflection now, dyeing my hair was a totally awesome idea, and to anyone who had thought about it but let something stop you, I say this: Do it anyway! You only live once right?
YOLO ;)
1192448 Yeah, bleaching is a pain (My wife has to bleach her's when she puts in her purple streaks). I'm lucky I grew up blonde and even though I've gone brown in recent years, my hair is fair enough that the dye stands our pretty well.
