    Okay, first and foremost: Cacophony isn't dead. I am still writing, I just want to make the next chapter long enough to be worth the wait. As it stands, I don't have enough material to make to the 2,000 word mark just yet. I am trying, but it's going slowly and I have no idea when I'll post the next update. "Cacophony" is still in the works. The next chapter is about halfway done, and I hope to have the next half done before the fourth. After that, I plan on doing another chapter on "The Switch."

Edit: Okay, so I've got the next chapter done, but I can't edit it today because I'm about to head off on a short vacation with my family. But hopefully I'll have it up by no later than Saturday.
