Perhaps a tier system?
For example, the goddesses and Twilight, being the highest, as Omega-level Spellcasters? Then gradually getting lower and lower. Say, the next level being at Chrysalis' tier, say Alpha-level? And so on. Omega, Alpha, Beta, etc.
Or, maybe a ranking system?
S Class - The most powerful beings ever known, too dangerous for anyone but another S class to attempt to combat.
A Class - Extremely dangerous and incredibly powerful beings.
B Class - Dangerous but controllable beings.
C Class - Potent Spellcasters but no real threat.
Etc, etc.
Just a couple of ideas.

maybe jewels in stead of watts? i read a story that used the phrase 'horn power' to give an idea of a unicorns strength. like, twilight had something around 2500 horn power, which was alot.

Well, I used ohm in the chapter "The Church" and was made aware of that being a measurment for electric out put (I think)
I see no reason that it could be used for magic similarly, but may change that in the future. Who knows
