Uploading Images

I know it's sad, but I can't upload any pictures onto this site. I have some saved on my computer, but every time I try I get screen saying the page can't be brought up. Any suggestions? Should I try an internet URL instead?

Just out of curiosity, would you prefer short chapters, about 1500 words each over a short period, or a long chapter about 4000 words over a length of time? I ask because I have a fic that is three short chapters long. They could all be edited together to form a larger, more cohesive chapter. Any opinion would be appreciated.
