Welcome to The Quill and Sofa Shop!

Hi everypony!

This is The Quill and Sofa Shop (or Quill and Sofa, Quills, whatever you would like to call me). I'm a pegasister and in love with Mr. Davenport and his fabulous shop. I'm not sure why, but the concept of a quill and sofa shop always amuses me, so I decided to adopt it as my moniker.

This is my first fimfiction account and attempt at fimfiction, and I hope you enjoy! I have a policy of not posting a story until it is completed and edited, because I feel like the fanfiction reading experience should be the same as a regular reading experience-when you pick up a book, you can read it from start to finish and can reasonably expect not to have gaping grammar and spelling errors scattered throughout. I feel like fanfiction should work the same way-at least, I try to make mine work the same way.

My favorite pony of the Mane Six is Rarity, because I love the complexity of her character, and how she teaches girls that just because you like fashion and looking pretty, it does not mean that you are weak. I think she's beautiful and really fun to watch. My favorite CMC is Scootaloo (I can't resist her daredevil spirit), and my favorite background pony is Rumble, because his adorableness knows no bounds. However, I can't resist Tavi, Scratch/Pon-3, Big Mac, and all of those other lovely ponies out there. I also am a huge supporter of the New Lunar Republic, especially since the Solar Empire/NLR fanverse is what got me into My Little Pony fanfiction in the first place.

Right now I am working on two projects, one in the short term and one in the long term:
-A trashy Tavi/Scratch novella that is meant to be a guilty pleasure read
-A Scootaloo, Rumble, BonBon, and Sweet Tooth-centric war epic

Both are currently awaiting names, so if you have any suggestions, let me know!
