so yes!! i was looking forward to this before the whole "i hate this MEH!!" typical brony reaction ive seen. i think it looked like an alright thing and was willing to give it a chance. then the trailer came out, again i was pretty stoked, but was still kinda on that line of "not sure" but was REALLY happy to see that the original VA's will be in it andit DID have some pony elements.
after this they announced (exactly what everyone was asking for mind you) that is was a movie and has actually been in production since early 2012 so yea... its been a WHILE! anounced next was that Meghan McCarthy was writing it, that REALLY pushed me over the edge!
and now this! this trailer (for me anyhow) showed that not a lot has really changed, its JUST like the show in terms! the comedy (what little is shown) was solid, the voice acting spot on and that song at the end, catchy and very mlp fim feeling!
also, i love that they showed more of the villain rather than just "someone random showed up and took it and we are sending you" NO! twilight catches the thief in the act and tries to stop her. why she doesnt use magic to do so or use her wings to move faster i dont know but maybe that will be explained... *shrug*
anyway i have made a meetup group in my area to go see it and i cant WAIT!!!
