Except it's not that kind of "on notice," whatever in the heck that happens to be. Anyways. To whomever downvoted A Matter of Interest, please, in the name of the Princesses, speak up and tell me what you didn't like about it. I realize I won't ever please everyone, but if the issues are things I can reasonably fix, I should very much like to do so.
Speaking of A Matter of Interest, for those of you eagerly awaiting another chapter, expect to be waiting another week at least, and possibly two: We're looking at about a month in-between each, currently. Part of this is the way that I work with writing "key" scenes as they come to me, and then linking and revising them later, but largely it's because I don't currently have permanent housing, and the Internet here is not what I would describe as "eminently reliable." Or even "generally reliable," for that matter. You play the cards you're dealt: I just happen to have aces and eights.
