Writing Time Draws Near! Paleo's Summer Writing Schedule! · 7:00am Jun 1st, 2013
My school's year ends on Thursday. A teacher off for the summer will I be.
The main thing I've been looking forward to will be writing. Seriously, I'll make a self-enforced moratorium on Don't Starve for writing. I finally will not come home too exhausted to open my Google Docs.
So, what comes out first?
* Almost finished the first chapter of the Lyra/Bon Bon story the Choices fans have been bugging me for. They want to see her happy, and I have a nice teary road to that. To my knowledge, no one's ever tried this plotline before. I just need to secure some cover art.
* Been picking at the next chapter of Chaos & Darkness. Want to do that next.
* I can finally FINISH "A Nightmare in Ponyville." The rest is about 25-40% written.
* I intend to rewrite the first six chapters of School Daze. I've gotten through half of chapter one so far. I've been told the level of writing quality jumps up at seven. I'm proud of School Daze, but it was my first writing project ever. I want to polish it up.
* Have a one-shot story as a tribute to the fan work of Lady Moondancer and the encouragement she gives in educating bronies on awesome G1 stuff.
* There are a few small stories I need to wrap up.
Will I get to the third Whooves Family story? I hope so. This one will pack a punch.
Also, entered a writing contest to try to get cover art of "Doctor Whooves Dumps... Who?" Wish me luck!
By the way... I'm proud of Long Roll of Years, and it received an unusual amount of favorites this month. Does anyone know if it was reviewed in a blog or something?
After that... I have the entirety of Mystery Science Theater 3000 to watch. :D
Sounds like fun! I can't wait for that Lyra/Bon Bon story.

I'm excited about you finishing up some stuff, as I don't really read unfinished stories, and I've been looking forward to reading "A Nightmare in Ponyville".
In the meantime I guess I'll read "The Long Roll of Years" (for some reason I haven't read it yet).
