This post is to inform all three of you what the first chapter of my first story is almost halfway finished!
It's a Futurequestria fic, and it's got a Man Vs. Nature Conflict, so yeah. Here's a summary and stuff.
It is 500 years after the fall of the Solar Empire. Equestria is left in ruin, drained of it’s once bountiful resources. Magic has been forgotten, and new technologies replaced it. Machina is a small filly born in the reaches of space, and outfitted with the most advanced augmentations in the known universe. Her entire life will change when her ship is destroyed and she is stranded on a barren planet with an unaugmented stallion. Will they escape the planet alive, or will they be ripped apart by the planet first?
NOTE: This is not a Deus Ex Crossover
It's been in production for around a month, and I've reworked it at least three times, including a completely new intro, so don't expect it soon. Also note that this is my first completely independently written story (Sol refuses to pre-read, the bastard.), so the writing is a bit sub-par to what I envisioned.
