The Life of a Fan-Fic Writer, Pt. 4 · 1:52am May 13th, 2013
Aw, what the hell, I'll do another one.
Just because I have homework and I don't want to do it.
Alright, so... Where to start?
A lot has changed. That's certain. I've been going back to my old writing, and it (in my opinion) is horrendous. I'm now seriously considering re-writing the first chapter (no, not the prologue, I really only put that in there for reference purposes, hence the map of Equestria). I guess I already did it with Chapter 10, so it won't be too foreign to me.
Speaking of, chapter ten was weird! I suppose that I had just read Perks of Being a Wallflower, and that book really focused on the emotional side of things, but when I tried to take that author's writings and transform them into my style, it just came out strange and choppy-like.
So I re-wrote it, and Twilight is no longer a cold-blooded murderer. Roseluck's still screwed, but I guess the gang's situation is a little better.
Anyway, enough talk about The Trotting Dead, and more about me!
Narcissism!
So I'm moving near Chicago, if you haven't heard already. I'm really looking forward to it, and I hope to go to more Cons and such (Chicago is a bit more well-known than St. Louis). We're moving out in two weeks, and I hope I'll still be able to write in my new home. That's pretty much the only non-Trotting Dead related thing in my life that's going on right now (other than the fact that I got "To The Moon," which is a great game), so this has been Tader-Tot, signing off.
:D
