Cover image is nearly done, despite the fact that the past week has been rather cruel to me. Like for instance, I learned that I technically qualify under the definition of homeless. Yeah, scary. I wonder if Ponies have mortgages with banks, or they just pay taxes directly to the crown? I don't know, but my living arrangements are being dealt with between art, work, writing, and taking care of my family. It's a juggling act.
I feel like Mr. Cake.
Or just eating a cake. Like, a chocolate one.
My birthday is on the 15th. I should go buy cake then. Mmm... with frosting.
Okay, last random neuron before my brain shuts down. I have an idea for my first "sad" fic. The idea is that the main protagonist does something heroic and everyone benefits on the actions of the main protagonist... except the main protagonist. I'm trying to decide if I want that main character to be Trixie or Celestia. ...open to other suggestions too however.
Have to keep it vague. No spoilers.
I'd say Trixie. Celestia is already often painted as the benevolent leader who would (obviously) perform selfless acts.
Trixie would have the "redemption" angle going for her.
Also, I wish you the best of luck with those home problems.
