Before you delete this message, there is a preview of the next chapter on the bottom!
Well, uh... did you know that I tried submitting my story to Equestria Daily? They didn't say anything about the story, but that there were too many (one?) Kingdom Hearts crossovers already. However, I'm not angry at all, because I know that it's been written by a past pre-reader and therefore it's probably of great quality. However, I'm not going to read it quite yet for... various reasons. Also, that previous sentence makes me sound like I'm jealous, which I admittedly am (though it's not the only reason), but I know that I can't do anything about it other than get over it and keep on writing.
Speaking of writing- no, I am not abandoning the story, I've just been busy and running low on creative fuel. But mark my words, I will write that next chapter even if my hands are amputated in the process!
Oh, and have something. It's a scene from chapter three of FoH. Gith00 arranged this on the pony creator, though I hadn't seen it until today- sorry about that! ;D
Alrighty then- I think I'll leave you off with this. It's just a snippet and may possibly be edited more, but it's something:

But the beasts weren’t relenting anytime soon. They had gotten back to their single-toed feet and were once again creeping towards Xion and Roxas, like wolves—a pack of five wolves preparing to catch two young, defenseless, paralyzed deer—
The two began backing up, but then Roxas yelped as he pressed his injured leg too hard against the ground. Roxas knew that because he was essentially crippled, neither he nor Xion were going anywhere anytime soon. Xion, after all, wouldn’t leave him—right?
Either way, they were cornered.
The Shadows, their inky bodies flat against the ground, advanced upon them. Xion was the first to react; she reared up on her hind legs, drawing in a quick, heavy breath before her hooves slammed against the pavement, sending a shock up her legs as she collided against the cement.
Surprisingly enough, the enemies that took the brunt of her attack recoiled sharply, and after seeing their kin being hit, the creatures that were left uninjured drew back as well.
“Hit them with your hooves!” Xion cried out almost triumphantly, now pounding at the earth like a warrior ready for war.

Now, if you skipped to the bottom before reading the rest of the journal, go back or I will eat you starting with your fingers and toes.
