cardiograph (Plus note on OAD) · 1:35am Apr 25th, 2013
So, I got back from the hospital a while ago after partaking in a cardiograph.
The murmur in my heart has been confirmed, and the leakage of the valves is nothing to be overly-concerned about, if not higher than normal.
What is the major concern is that my heart is severely displaced in my chest due to receded shape of the sternum, and there is a very high pressure on it at that, which means it has to work harder for much less productivity (stairs are a bitch). Also, this combined with the pressure on my lungs (test to be undergone Friday) adds up to a rapid heartbeat that never drops to normal level apart from in sleep, though only for short periods until I wake myself up in a semi-panic attack.
Corrective surgery is now being greatly considered. As for the meantime, I have to refrain from getting severely mad at things.
Oh, and, Of Aerial Dominance should be updating soon.
One of my teachers had a heart condition similar to yours. Whatever you do, do NOT exert yourself or get mad. Take the escalator, avoid trolls, and do whatever you can to stay lazy and happy.
Oh shit.
Sorren can't rage at people and put them in their place ((half the time)) for a while.
I'm scared.
Let's see, on one hand, if I say something to piss you off, you might not get too angry, but on the other, you might die.... What to do, what to do...
Ha! As if I'd be that clever! I'll go read a comic or something instead. Less heart attacks that way, y'know?
Whoa dude, sounds rough. I hope you get better, and here's hoping things start looking up for you in the future! Best of luck!

A comedy of errors. This will end in tears for you.
Awe man, I really take a liking to having you around this site. You're one of the few people I would toke up with man. /) Hope you get better if you decide to do the surgery (I imagine you would).
Hope you get better as quickly as possible! I have never had any sort of experiences with heart stuff but I wish you the least amount of pain as possible! And if your a student person -which I'll go ahead and assume you are- don't let really annoying kids work you up. Keep calm and canter on.
You have my well wishes and best of luck to you
Dang... I'm both sorry and glad to hear this. Glad, as correcting the sternum is far longer-lasting than heart valve surgery (no need for blood thinners/updates/etc) if I'm not mistaken, and sorry due to the ease of becoming irate at random stuff on the 'net in addition to the reduction of fun adrenaline-pumping activities.
Meditation works wonders at stress relief.
Here's to hoping that the final resolution and healing comes soon!
I love you!

Hope you get better soon my friend, take it easy and well wishes for a quick recovery.
A leak in the heart?! Well, I guess with what you said, it probably isn't the most serious thing in the world. But you won't be able to reply to people and set them straight?! Perhaps you should avoid the Feature Box...
Well, hope you get better soon!
Hope you get better soon, mate. I don't know much about surgery, but I wish you luck nonetheless.
Not being allowed to get angry at things?! What kind of pitiful existence is that?!
In all seriousness, I wish you the best of luck. Surgery is a bitch, but you can beat it.
Well at least there's something that con be done
I wish you the best of luck!
