Requirements
-must be a spartan
-must be a male
-must have an almost obvious robotic arm
-must be at-least 8 feet tall
-must be dark blue and recon armor
-must have a katana on its back
-must have armor on not off ON helmet can be on or off but the face must be detailed and must not look retarded
