A Quick Note about the Time Period of My Little Dragonball

I wanted to point our, real quick, at what point in time my current crossover fic takes place.

Firstly, Dragonball GT never happened. I managed to sit through two episodes, but I felt like I was watching the animated version of a terrible terrible fanfic. Secondly, I have also excluded the very last episode of DBZ, where Goku flies off to train the reincarnation of Majin Buu. I know it's in Goku's nature to seek challenging battles, and I can understand why he left home to train the kid, but it never sat right with me that he would leave his family. Goku saved the Earth and the death of his best friend triggered his first Super Saiyan transformation, so one would think he would want to finally be able to live with his family in peace, considering his caring heart.

I have not seen any of the Dragonball Z movies, nor do I know how canon they are, so I apologize for any other inaccuracies, however I do refer to the DBZ wiki when I have questions.

So to wrap it up, this story takes place about 4 or 5 years after the Majin Buu saga. Trunks is 12, and Goten will be 11. I will make a mention of Bulla, Trunk's baby sister, since she should be about one year old at this point.

Considering all this, I think I'll update my fic with an Alternate Universe Tag, since I did remove some of the DBZ canon, and I'll up the rating from Everyone to Teen, for mild swearing and violence.

Lastly, I have a cover image in the works, for Chapter One. I doubt I will do a cover image for every single chapter, but there will be a scene or two I may want to draw. :)
