A Perplexing Situation · 2:27am Apr 11th, 2013
So, most people know I am in college. Most people know I have a major in Security Risk Analysis. What most people don't know is...I really don't like it. I am going to be a sophomore soon, and I still am not comfortable with what I am in. I have already switched once, and now I might do it again.
What I want to do is get a degree in Criminal Justice and become an FBI agent. Unfortunately, people with a degree in criminal justice don't find much employment. So...I am perplexed. On the one hand, I want a job. On the other hand, I would rather do something I enjoy for the better part of my life rather than doing something I really don't like.
Please help
Personally I would go with whatever I enjoy the most. If you want to change, then change. Do what you want to do and enjoy your life. Make sure that at the end of the day your happy with the decision your about to make. In a few years or so your going to wake up to go to work and think one of two things: "Yes I`m excited to be going to work today. I love my job.' or "Oh man, I have to work today.' Your going to want to think the first one. Trust me. Find a job which for you isn't even a job, it's something you love doing and are getting paid for.
I hope this helps.
