First things first! Which means... introduction time!
Heya everyone, I'm cladinpink, an avid fan of My Little Pony (among other things). I'm pretty new to the fandom, and so far I'm only halfway through the second season, but that is bound to change soon enough.
I tend to favor oneshots when it comes to my own writing, simply because I find myself lacking in the "planning" department most of the time. Also, life gets busy at the weirdest of times which is never good for multi-chaptered stories. So expect some random oneshots when you least expect them! If that makes sense.
I guess that's all? Oh wait, I cannot for the life of me write ponies, so everything I write will be humanized.
Aside from that, I'm really looking forward to search every nook and cranny of this site for fics that will satiate my need for fandom!
You shouldn't let it hold you back from attempting to write about ponies. Though it has it's challenges, writing about them also gives you some interesting opportunities.

I would say that my favorite pony so far has to be Celestia. Even though we don't see very much of her, I imagine that she has a lot of unexplored small quirks which we only catch small glimpses of occasionally; like when the Grand Galloping Gala descends into madness, and she's just like "oh, that was the most fun I've ever had at the gala!"
I most definitely have a favorite pairing! It's Twilestia, without a doubt. I've always found that an age gap adds a certain depth to a relationship (although the age gap between Celestia and Twilight has to be a new record of mine, ha!), so naturally it was the first pairing that caught my eye.
Umm, the favorite episode question is hard. Generally I like all episodes, except for the few that I find boring; fx the episode where Pinkie Pie was babysitting. Argh, I'm sorry, I really can't think of a favorite one right now. I'm very indecisive
As for the source of my inspiration... well, I guess it depends on whether you mean in general or just related to MLP? I've been writing fan fiction for a while now, and I usually try to write at least one story for every fandom (thought most rarely see the light of
daythe internet). If a fandom captures my attention though, the urge to write something usually overpowers me.Sorry for writing you something just short of a novel in response, but you really did ask for it with those good questions of yours! Also, thanks for the warm welcome

And I have to say, Twilestia is my favorite pairing as well, there's a depth to their relationship (even before the romance) that no other pairing can match.
