Brief Update on Progress

In case it wasn't already clear, I've got a real problem with my rate of production. Frankly, it sucks. I devote far too many hours to staring at a blank computer screen when I should be writing. It's something I'm painfully aware of and trying to fix.

But that isn't what this is about! Well, not directly, anyway. I'm somehow even busier now than I was before, and my rate of writing has slowed to a crawl. I'm about two thousand words into two different fics at the moment, but it seems like all my free time is getting eaten up by stupid distractions. However, I might be able to balance things out so that I can write regularly, but that's a pretty iffy 'might'.

What this useless mess of a ramble basically amounts to is "if you don't see / hear anything from me for the next little bit, I'll be back soon enough".
