Heart of Equestria is back... also, site is doomed?

Hey, anypony following Heart of Equestria or just interested in reading should know it's back and if I have anything to say about it not going away again until it's over.
Also, with this whole Gold accounts thing... Poultron does realise that the only reason we get away with entire sites where we use characters without permission is because we get no money from it, right? That no one profits and so we don't get the nasty lawyers slapping us a C&D?
Considering Fighting Is Magics fate... well, needless to say I'm backing up my work and I'd advise people to do the same.
