Singularity: Demons in Paradise

I am coming up with a blank as far as what to throw at the main character of my story until I really figure how dark I want the story to be... for anyone who does not like stories with gore, I will include a warning at the top of the chapter as to how bloody the battles will be intending for the chapter.

Anyway, back on topic, I am interested in finding out what my watchers would like to see Renko try to handle as he attempts to come to grips with a reality that is incredibly different from the nightmare-hell-world that he is familiar with. So leave some sort of comment, and I'll certainly ponder about adding chapters with such user-oriented choices into the main plot, but to reinforce what I'm trying to do with this story... this is not a romance story in any way, and I intend to write up Renko as such... even if someone is trying to make headway past his militaristic shell.
