I hate it whenever that happens, must've happened 7-10 times on my part over the years. Sometimes I went back to try to write them, but then realize there was supposed to be something snazzy being said in that one part but I don't remember it.
That being said: I do a word doc and then copy/paste/edit from there as I do my fics.
