Princess Celestia, co-ruler of Equestria, sat on her throne as she did almost every day of the week around this time. I happened to be five o'clock which meant she had to hold court as per her royal duties dictated. Whoever the pony was wrote what said duties actually were, because she certainly did not, would spend at least a week on the moon if she were ever able to discern their identity.
As much as she loved her little ponies, she also found them to be extremely annoying sometimes. Especially those of the Noble houses. The double doors of her throne room were enveloped in magical auras, both gold and green of the respective unicorn guards assigned to her door. The golden doors were opened slowly revealing an a notoriously haughty Noble of which Blueblood was quite fond of for some odd reason.
The grey stallion trotted forward at a slow, yet, refined pace and held his chin high to show that he was most certainly better than everypony else. Unlike most of the Nobility, this stallion chose to forgo classy clothing and instead opted to wear only a top hat. As he reached the foot of Celestia's he put on a clearly false smile and bowed respectfully.
"Your Majesty." She almost threw the grey coated pony out the stained glass window behind her but forced herself to show restraint. She hated formality to a point not many can truly fathom. She hated it even more when ponies thought they were fake and expected her to be blissfully unaware of it.
As the stallion brought his head up, he stopped abruptly in shock. The sun goddess raised a curious but annoyed eyebrow at him. The pony in front of her had yet to to anything else but stare slightly to her right and a little downwards. She decided to follow his gaze. As soon as she did, the white alicorn reared backwards and fell off of her throne and to the floor when she caught sight of something staring at her. Celestia hoped she didn't scream but doubted she could simply "not" scream after that.
She had never felt so creeped out in her life. She brought her head up and saw it was still staring at her with wide eyes. Slowly, it receded downwards and out of her line of sight leaving solar diarch feeling bewildered and somehow violated at the same time...

What's the status of Dreams of Many?
876495 Right now, its on the bottom of my to do list but I refuse to pull a CoalBuck. I will be reposted, but not in the foreseeable future due to the editorial nightmare. That and life seems to be taking a large shit on me at the moment. I'm repeating my sopomore year now but have a chance at redemption to some degree so alot of thing are being put on standby. Sorry. Hang in there.
