I finally found the perfect song for Angel and Comet! It's upbeat, sings about a successful relationship and is girly enough for Angel. All it took was my little sister (who is in her twenties) to watch one of her favorite movies for me to find it.
It's from the movie The Princess Diaries, but it works SO FREAKING well for them! What do you all think?

She has pieces of all the ponies personalities. Pinkie definitely has the most influence, but Rainbow Dash and Applejack are in there, making her a bit tomboyish.
Overall, she's a product of pretty much every mare/filly in the show while Comet is every stallion/colt. If you look hard enough, you'll find each of them.

I watched the show while writing this, so I developed her personality as I wrote, but I knew she was going to be goofy when I started. I don't know if it works for everyone, but building them as you go allows, for me, to make her personality whatever I want.
