Releasing a New Story and other News · 12:52pm Mar 8th, 2012
Hello everyone! I had an alarming number of people respond to my interest in creating a writing style guide. Because of the number of people I had respond, I will be writing it. However, it will be a little different. One of the ponies that posted on my blog actually had a brilliant idea. They said that it might be fun to read a story about Twilight trying to teach Rainbow Dash how to write as Rainbow Dash tries to write fanfiction. I thought that this would be a fun project to do, and have decided to create a writing guide in this format.
I have recently submitted a story for review and it will probably be out soon. It is called "The Juggler" and is easily the worst story I have ever written. I wrote it in 45 minutes, just before bed one night. I wanted to challenge myself to see if I could write a complete story in less than an hour. The result is "The Juggler" a piece that hopefully won't scare you away from my other works.
I have a few works in the on the fire, but I will be kind of slow getting them out. I have personal developments that are happening in my life that make my writing schedule difficult to manage at this time. I am sorry about that.
I have a question for those that read this blog. I have been thinking about creating a piece of fiction that is completely different from anything that I have ever done. Would you readers out there stop reading my fiction if I wrote something different?
Thank you very much and I hope you all have a wonderful day.

Write away! The worst I'll do is give you some critisizm on it.

Dude, when are you going to figure it out, that hasn't happened yet and it's not going to happen. All of your stories have been pretty different from each other, and they've all been pgda.
Go ahead and write it. We're not the kind who will suddenly hate you just for one little story that isn't seen as good as the others. You have many works prior to that are the reasons we follow you in the first place. Besides, it can't be that bad.
(Just remember to send it over for a preview!)
