Thoughts on Season Finale and Princess Twilight · 7:25pm Feb 16th, 2013
To my Friends, Watchers, and People Who Stumble Upon My Page,
Well I have just finished watching the latest episode and despite what the loudest portion of the fandom said before it came out it wasn't a bad episode and at least to me a very well done episode. Twilight didn't freak out as she would have at the beginning of the season, she did all she could to fix her mistake, and showed how strong her friendship is with the rest of the Mane6. It also showed that she is special she is. Is the episode the best? No it isn't, but it is still up in my top 10 list.
Now Princess Twilight... when the news came out that she was going to become an Alicorn I was one of those that wanted to wait and see, and accepted that Twilight was going to gain a pair of wings. So I have no problem with it, and by the way my own headcanon works it is easy to include her. She is special as we always knew.
So all hail Her Placid Majesty Twilight Sparkle, Princess of the Veil and Alicorn of Magic.

I really liked Celestia's song. I liked the epsiode and if I had any real complaint is the end felt a little rused, but overall it was a good episode.

Well, there's one thing I'll never like: Celestia giving away stuff to do like a detached boss would do with his employees. Hardly fits with the whole 'friendship' thing, and I never saw her as an omniscient, all powerful being.
All I have to say is MEH. A big, fat MEH. Not bad, but MEH. Felt rushed. Should have been a two-parter.
Celly singing was pretty neat though.
[edit] Celly's dress should have been a light shade of pink, almost white. Luna's a darker shade of purple. Cadence's white.

I'm imagining the scientists mounting an op to explore and study equestria: a couple of MI-24 to carry the bunker and some supplies, a few ground vehicles provided by the different factions... Then they go in. stuff happens and at some point, Celly meets Twilalicorn. Poor Celly's gonna have a heart attack. Hilarity ensues.

I beg your pardon? Pretty sure I'm not a "Lord of Flame" though "Knight of Fire" may be debatable given Celestia's Elemental alighnment... unless you are talking about a different Paladin
837203 Paladin Dragonoid. I'm not talking about you. In my fanfics, the Mane Six are indeed important. Therefore, I have given them Guardians, creatures that protect them from harm like King Sombra, Queen Chrysalis, etc. Paladin Dragonoid is the newest Paladin Knight, the highest order of Guardian there is.

839903 Oh yeah, and Lord Arceus promotes him to Paladin order at the same time Twilight gets turned into a Princess! So now Twilight has a Paladin Knight as her personal guardian! Not bad huh?
