Reaction to Alicorn Twilight and update on A Pegasus Tale

So according to the MLP wiki, the season 3 finale will involve Twilight becoming an alicorn and fullfilling her destiny as a princess....

I just want to say, this was probably going to happen at some point (Especially since it was so heavily implied in he first episode of season 3 when Celestia was speaking with Luna), but... I don't know, this seems like something that should have been saved for maybe the series finale.

As for how I feel about this... I'm not really sure. I'm a little upset because I think this is way to quick a change for the show and the fandom, but at the same time I don't really mind it. It makes sense that she'd become an Alicorn being as powerful as she is and being Celestia's student but... I think it's just to soon.

All I can really do is hope that the show stays strong and that this won't change it to much. Who knows? Considering the description for the episode it may not even be permanent. We'll just have to wait and see.

As for A Pegasus Tale, chapters 1, 2, and 3 have been rewritten and chapter 4 is in the works. I'll kick my writing into high gear this week so hopefully you all won't be waiting to much longer.
