    But sadly, my editor needs two more weeks more til he's done with everything at his school (tests and such) but after that he will have total free time to work under my merciless rule!

Think about this way;

When we all first saw the show, we were all skeptical. But in the end, we ended up loving the hell out of it.

Maybe the same thing will happen this time. We may hate the idea at first, but it might just be a good thing if we at least give it a chance. :pinkiesad2:
