So... the last two episodes are a roadblock for me. I don't even know that I will do more than a passing mention of the Discord episode, since I was pretty underwhelmed by it, based on the possibilities for the character. This episode has a couple things that may be a bit of a struggle for me, since Tank triggers a line that would raise eyebrows insisting on current canon tied with my story, especially since it is required to have been at the Crystal Empire's return, chronologically, given the events that happen. We'll see. I can probably get around it, but it may take time...
However, fiction related to MLP isn't all I do, I've written several different analytical essays, and a for-fun six-word description of Rainbow Dash.
I mention this now (and I have mentioned it before) because I just posted a new essay with two major critiques I have of the series I love so much. One doesn't just write 100,000 words on a single subject without at least a bit of interest (arguably.) This new one is something I think should be discussed and shared, because these two concerns are significant to me as far as making the show better.
Let me know your thoughts on the essay(s). I really would like to discuss them.
I myself write poetry, songs, and used to write Ranma 1/2 fanfics under the name Animedevildog in AFF.net.
754614 I write more than just this, but on the topic of MLP, I also wrote essays and poetry. I also have another story that is kind of on hold, and tons and tons of poetry.
I happen to know that you don't just write, either. You do some really good work with emoticons, too. And I might have an idea about how to work in this latest episode with your story.
