I gave up actively ponifying things last year, and so far, I've kept that resolution. But then I started watching Firefly.
I'm not going to do anything with this myself, so might as well just make the character equivalents I've got worked out publicly available.
Malcolm Reynolds: Applejack
Zoe Washburne: Rainbow Dash
Hoban 'Wash' Washburne: Fluttershy
Inara Serra: Rarity
Kaylee Frye: Pinkie Pie
Jayne Cobb: Spike
Simon Tam: Shining Armor
River Tam: Twilight Sparkle
Derrial Book: Princess Luna? (Not really sure about this one).
Plenty of variations possible, these are just the ones that seemed closest to target. Apply age and gender-flip spells as necessary.
Only detail of any importance left is what the ship would be called. I'm thinking Harmony...oh. I've read that before somewhere. Still, best applicable name.
