New Story: A Hyena's Laugh

Wrote a new story, though it's more a framed poem. Fairly short, and a touch dark, but you might like it. It's an entry for the World-Building Alliance's January writing contest.

Very sorry about the wait—it's been so long that I imagine you might've stopped caring. Still, the next chapter has been worked on, and it's about halfway done. Also in a half-done state are a couple of other stories I'm working on, though, and I won't make promises regarding what I spend my time writing, what little I have with classes about to start back up.
