Got beat by the father, then he called the police and said I tried to beat him. I got arrested, didn't collect $200, and went directly to jail. He also took out a restraining order on me, and left me homeless. Only just got some clothes, but don't have my comp or anything, otherwise I would have used Skype to angst at you about it.
Hmm. I kind of hoped I would feel better after relating the story, but I don't. Just tired and numb
Ffffffuu... Goddamn. That is inexcusable- Do you have any recourse? Talked to a lawyer? I'll help with what I can, once we can establish a line of communication again.

The only thing my court appointed lawyer said was that I should just roll over and take it. March 15th is the next date.

Currently in Virginia with an old family friend, trying to decide what to do next.
