My Thoughts and Apologies Concerning the Derpy Fiasco

Right, hello fellow watchers....if I actually HAVE any per say.

Well, I am VERY sad to say that there has apparently been a fiasco going on about Ditzy Doo's recent VA Change. I don't know the full details but I know Equestria Daily has got the low down on all the things.

However, I have seen how much chaos has so shortly spawned from this tiny little thing. And to be honest, it makes me sad to like My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Rumors of death threats on Lauren Faust's DA Page, numerous bitching and whining in MANY of the bigger blog and pony imaging sites, and, hell, I wouldn't be surprised if Hasbro, all the VA's the animators, musicians, etc. all got at least a few dozen angry/death threat letters.

And for this, you all make me sad.

It's pathetic to see how much the Internet, as a whole just flip out on Ditzy's voice changing. I mean, yeah, I'm a little dissapointed in it too, but that doesn't mean we need to be SAVAGES about it. Where's all the love and tolerate?

We need to calmly express our opinions, and show Hasbro, the animation studio, and all the other people involved that we as a community of the BETTER bronies love and appreciate them and the show.

To Lauren Faust. I'm sorry for the stupidity of the Internet. You have left the game a year ago, but you're still there in my heart.

To Hasbro, keep making the good stuff. I REALLY appreciate all the hard work and enjoyment that you give to me as a person when I gaze at pastel colored ponies.

To all the animators, I love you guys. You make the coolest shit I've seen in years.

To the VA's I love you too. So much talent for so little actors.

...and to the brony community. I am ashamed.
