MLP SPike at Your service... Follow Up. Spoilers.... Okay this is strange · 4:01pm Dec 29th, 2012
Someone had already called this up a while go.... like a long while ago. Not the episode itself but the strangeness between the shipping of two of the most oddest couple I think im seen. Spikexapple or vice-versa.Just straight of the bat, i did not see anything prior to the whole epusode yet it straight off the bat has some shipping and if not clopfics.
The story begins with Spike getting he day off from Twilight. Having finished off what he needed to do, he sets around town looking something to keep himself occupied. However, around his wondering he sets the hot air bellon free. Chasing after the ballon, he lands in the Everfree. There, once the balloon is secure, Timberwolves come out at him. However, he is saved by Applejack. Do to this... now made possible. by dragon code, he has to serve Applejack. Already, he causes trouble for her after helping her with chours around the house. However he immediatly seems to cause distruction along the way. Feeling a bit bad that SPike is relunctant to help out. Mentions of how SPike is in Twilight's service, Spike goes to her and tells her(otherwise occupied by a book) saying that he owes his debts to Appejack and will serve her.
So, Applejack and the Mane six later come up with a plan to get spike to stop serviving her by faking a scene were Applejack is supposedly being attacked by TImberwolves. When the reinact the scene, Spike easily dipict it as a ploy, however the real Timberwolves come out and Applejack really is in trouble. Spike saves her and defeats the Timberwolves. After, Applejack tells him that it is alright to help out anypony for their debt but sometimes, it is not always nessacry. Its just doing the right thing for one another. Spike joins back up with Twilight,
K Right off the bat. At least five shippings or clopfics will pop up today because of this story. Now, this actually goes a little into how SPike remains loyal to anypony, including friends. Dragon code... which is something that might have or should have poopped earlier in the series, makes a dragon in servertuide of someone who saves them. Now,, the concept of that line is old, really old. Since the chinese first began stories of the famed fire breathing serpents, dragons are mystical creatures of grand power. They are prideful about themselves yet if they are saved by a person or creature, they are intitled to servitued in till the debt is payed,
The concept follows the same here. However, not much else had changed. We know now about Timberwolves and their mystical energy with wood. Rarity hates SPikes cooking and Rainbow Dash is as hard as rock. Literally.
Yeah so not much to go on, this was a great episode added to the series and it really helps bring out the characters. Tell me what you tought, what your likes and dislikes and see you next time. Ah yeah and tell me any important stuff I miss..... Like Derpy, seriously I havent seen her since episode one or two...........
Like "Apple Family Reunion", it's an episode of amusing parts that overall made it a nice viewing experience. Plus, Rainbow Dash is writing what is essentially a fannovel about herself in-verse. I found that bit amusing as well.
