Unity Games OC, Brazen Cipher · 9:38am Dec 29th, 2012

Champion: Brazen Cipher
Race: Unicorn
Appearance: http://helrumyc.deviantart.com/#/d5kwz9e
Stats:
VIT - C
WIL - A
STR - C
AGI - A
INT - S
Abilities: He sees the world as a code and his magic helps him alter this “code”. The easiest alterations he can make are to metal, specifically brass, though he can manipulate other material to a limited level, usually just moving them slightly, but not in a manner useful to him. He also has the ability to teleport short distances.
Equipment: Brass armor fitted around a mechanical exoskeleton. The plating is changeable, as per his abilities.
Personality: Though he sees the world as different forms of numbers, he is not cold and calculating and is actually more excited to see new people, because each person has a unique “code” and enjoys seeing how they play out in the worlds “code”. Though when it comes to battle he is quite different, he becomes more analytical as he tries to read the world to his advantage, becoming just slightly less talkative than usual.
Story:
Born and raised in Manehattan, Brazen had always been familiar with the steamtech being developed; in fact, he attended the annual steamtech festival every year since it began, though he had never entered as a participant until after the whole fiasco with Gearbox Guild’s leader.
He had always been proficient at crafting metal and decided to enter with his new idea, which while unorthodox, still wowed the crowd, it was a simple exoskeleton, one that looked as if it was barely holding together, for it looked like an actual pony skeleton wrapped around his own. He claimed that it was multi-purposed, though it really only did three things, increase the strength, speed, and reflexes of the wearer. It did both of these wondrously as he was able to lift a medium sized boulder with a single hoof, and was able to get from the edge of the city to the river in almost record time. He had shown it off as a tool for both laborers and members of the royal guard. Though he didn't win the prize, he got a contract from the Guards to make more of the suits with a little more specialization, basically making more models, speed ones for the Earth pony guards, Strength ones for the Pegasus guards, and a choice for the Unicorns based on their training.
When he had heard of the Unity games, he thought two things, a reason to travel outside of Canterlot and Manehattan, and a perfect way to test his new model, which focused on speed and reflexes only, a model that was designed to prevent the wearer from getting hit.
