Alright, the final chapter of Married Life is almost finished. However, because I'm so terrible at coming up with names for characters I felt it best to ask all of you what Discord and Celestia's daughter should be called. So just drop a suggestion or two, if there's any I really like or if there's any that are suggested by a large amount of people I'll use it. If you do, thank you, it's much appreciated!
I apologize for the extremely slow updates, but believe me, I'm trying my very best to get it done. You shouldn't have to wait much longer.

I was thinking Pandora. If you know about Pandora's Box then you know what I mean. Today, the phrase "to open Pandora's box" means to perform an action that may seem small or innocuous, but that turns out to have severe and far-reaching consequences. Celestia having the phrase "to perform an action that may seem small or innocuous", while Discord having the phrase "turns out to have severe and far-reaching consequences."

Aris or Eris or however it's spelled. Or... Maybe Entropy. Something like that.
Hmm....How about Pandora? You know, in relation to the old myth about Pandora's Box, that box that held all the bad stuff in the world. I'd definitely name a Dislestia daughter Pandora. And, she'd have a nickname like Panda or something.

How about Trivia?
The Roman goddess of sorcery, equivalent of the Greek goddess Hecate. She was also the goddess of crossroads, specially three-way crossroads. I think it's a pretty nice symbolism:
Celestia: the road of Order.
Discord: the road of Chaos.
Trivia herself: a third alternative road.

I think that's a great idea, since Pandora was the first woman and her name literally means "gift". It would fit her perfectly, Not to mention of course the whole myth, how she released all the evils into the world and only hope remained. That really was one of the themes I was trying to get across in Love and Hatred, how both of them hoped they could be together and live a happier, better life. I think hope is the only thing that gets us through the hardest times of life, because without it we'd be lost.

Well, Eris is the goddess of chaos. If it was just Discord's daughter then I could understand, but you have to think of Celestia too. What their daughter really represents is harmony between order and chaos, not just chaos itself. Besides, I think it's used a bit to often.

I like the symbolism, but naming her Trivia would be a bit weird, don'tcha think?
