Think about it. All those strange places she pops out of? TARDIS with functioning chameleon circuit allows her to appear in the strangest of places, like say, a bucket of sponges despite it not being physically possible for her to fit there.
Able to outrun Dash and always end up where ever she hides? Yeah, YOU try to outrun a TARDIS. She knows where she'll be because a future her probably told her where she'd be (stable time loop) or she just tracked her with it and just appeared there. Perception filter hides the appearance of the TARDIS and its materialization noise so all she has to do is exit it quietly and walk up to Dash.
Knows just how to deal with Parasprites? Probably been around long enough see the first ponies discover how to deal with them or figured it out herself. Everything else is an elaborate cover story that is easily believable thanks to her being 'Pinkie Pie being Pinkie Pie'.
She is also probably aware of how alone she is in the multi-verse probably not even aware of the Doctor's existence, but very well aware of the loss of her people during the Time War. This explains her desire to make as many friends as possible so as to fill in the oppressive loneliness of being one of the last her kind. This also explains why she 'snapped' when she thought her friends hated her and why she's so extremely dependent on friendship because she is desperate for a sense of belonging and a family because she really has no one else out there for her. Even if she was aware of the Doctor, she probably can't get to him.
Able to pull something from nowhere? Time Lord technology. Probably has some form of item that stores a whole bunch of miscellaneous stuff in it that she might need for the day. Something small and installed with a perception filter. Combine that with the Time Lord's signature fascination of making things bigger on the inside, she can store a whole lot of things and pull them out later, making it seem like she's pulling them from nowhere when she's actually pulling them from her personal hammer space courtesy of her people's technology.
