People should remember this is the first show within the Sonic Movie Universe, we haven't even had 3 movies yet, and it will get way more complex if they do continue into a cinematic universe. Sonic lore is way more complicated then it looks like, I can understand why this show was far more simple, and focused more on Wade then it did Knuckles, Knuckles is tied into some of the most complex Sonic lore in the series, I can understand that the higher ops wouldn't want to dive so deep into this kind of thing too early. Even with how simple the show was, I think it's good too, and I'm sure within a year or so, fans will look back on this show and realize: Perhaps we treated you too harshly. I think this show is good too, it's a fun time that anyone can watch if they just keep they're expectations low, and just have fun with it, 8/10.

If people just stop seeing what this show could've been, with it trying to tie into Knuckles's past and tying deeper into the Sonic lore and all that, I think this show could be enjoyed way more by a lot of people, this is only the first show within the Sonic Movie Universe, and spinoff show's based on character's like Shadow or Amy may become more complex and may be what fans wanted, but for now I hope people stop hating on this show, and just try and enjoy it for being simple fun anyone can sit back and enjoy.
Also I heard rumors that an animated Kingdom Hearts movie could be in development, if that is true, I hope Square Enix is heavily involved with it, because Nomura basically the Keven Feige of the Kingdom Hearts franchise, and I think he would want to make sure it respects the source material, and doesn't end up being a Ralph Breaks The Internet, or Ready Player One, Or Space Jam 2, just advertising other media and movies they own to maximize profit, and something tells me that movie would have to be for teens given how complex Kingdom Hearts lore really is.
