And theres my first completed story! Both of my current ones are supposed to be fairly short, since I'm trying to just get a feel for how to write the characters. Make sure to let me know how I do regarding staying in character and being true to them! That was my biggest concern writing fanfiction.
I will be focusing my efforts back on my own original works for a while after Princess Spike is done- it should be a few more chapters- but I do have a vague plan for a much longer and more elaborate story that I want to start working on. I basically just want to make sure I have a good feel for how to write all the mane characters (Spike, CMC's, Starlight, Mane six, Celestia, and Luna) before I really start on such an ambitious project.
Just got to get my clansmate to talk about it with me first so I can do some plotting.
Honestly you can do a great job with the characters. I can honestly see this as being an episode in the show. It's great fun to read!

Aw, I'm glad you think so! Personally I'm not certain about my Twilight and Spike impressions though I feel fairly confident about the rest.

Rainbow and Scootaloo are especially well written. They're my favorite pairing in the whole show, and seeing your story about them goofing off together brought a smile to my face

just friendly warning though, my next planned story is gonna be quite a bit heavier in tone than the last two. These I wrote basically to practice in preparation for the big one. Hopefully thats all good by you.
