So I've discovered a new show tonight. · 4:54am March 2nd
Now when I say "new" I mean "new to me".
Because I grew up with local channels only. No Nickelodeon, no Cartoon Network, no Adult Swim.
This has been on Netflix for the past two years, and I was hooked in the first five minutes.
Yes, the theme song has been stuck in my head for hours.
And last but not least, now I have two favorite characters named Cosmo.
I've known about this show for years and even read a crossover story on this show here on fimfiction just a few months ago.
"FAIRIES"
Ah the good old days where cartoons were designed to entertain everyone not just the kids.
Did you know Tara Strong plays in this?

Yup.
5770508
Yeah I watched that all the time when I was a kid.
Timmy is an average kid, who no one understands...
5770528
Mom and Dad and Vicky, always giving him demands
5770532
By his magic little fish who grant his every wish
'Cause in reality, they are his
5770533
Oddparents, Fairly Oddparents,
Wands and wings, floaty crowny thing
5770533
(missed one line)
5770534
Wings and... and I forgot the rest
5770536
5770537
Ah, I remember my doom and gloom in my room years. Good times...
You merely adopted the odd parents I was born with them, molded by them

Here there is a GREAT crossover with MLP, well EQG but still good, though you may need to watch and finish the show to properly get it completely, it assumes you know the show XD. Oh yeah, and Tara Strong voices Timmy Turner.
I didn't grow up with this one, but knew it from people who did. Just a word of warning, but it gets bad later on, especially when Sparky is added.

Yep, I've heard the quality takes a dive when the new characters are added.
It's because of that show, I would rather have Ned Flanders as a neighbor instead of Dinkleberg.
https://m.5770590
to be fair Flanders is a great neighbour.
5770655
Was about to say, Ned Flanders is the model neighbor. Homer is the neighbor from hell that I would only wish on a HOA.
5770537
The "doom and gloom up in his room" part makes it seem a little dark were it not for the fairly cheerful tune.

Even Homer isn't HORRIBLE. I mean, he'd be annoying but if you leave him alone he'll leave you alone. He only messes with Ned who's always getting too friendly... Do we even know who the neighbour on the other side of his house is?
