Heya folks! This will be a quick blog, more rapid update outta necessity than witty commentary, so i'll cut straight to the chase. I've got good and bad news. The good, in my opinion, outweight the bad! But you be the judge:
The Good
- The next comic is already finished, and I've written all the Patreon shoutouts, which is what usually takes the most time. This means all i've gotta do is draw the $10 tier shoutouts next -- the ones that don't come with a lil poem -- and it'll be ready to go live! You should expect it REALLY SOON and it is the longest comic i've ever done! Yaaay! Not a two-parter either, which means you won't have to sit on a cliffhanger at the end.
- Judge exams started already, and I had to do it all from scratch because this system is designed by satan. I, however, passed the first exam with flying colors -- it was a multiple choice test, I was the first one to finish it in the entirety of Barcelona* and I fucking nailed it. Yay!
*I finished it quicker than anyone else, but while I was double checking my answers to make sure I didn't accidentally write down the wrong answer anywhere, someone else finished it and just gave it to the teacher without checking. This means that I know I finished it quicker than anyone else, but I'm the only one who knows, since I technically gave it to the teacher second. There is no impact on my score whatsoever and nobody cares about the speed at which you finish the exam, and yet I am incredibly annoyed at how this guy managed to outpace me at the last second. I have been defeated.
The Bad
- We don't know when the next judge exam will be because they only tell you the exact date, like, the day before you gotta go up to the Supreme Court and recitate lessons at them for an hour. They will tell me roughly which week I'll have to suffer in a bit, but they haven't already, and napkin math says it might start as early as April. Worst case scenario -- which is, of course, the most likely scenario -- I'll barely have two months to prepare for the second exam. "I am going to be busy" is the understatement of the century.

Every time she says her nameThis is because I am, fundamentally, stupid -- and back then I uploaded my comics to Discord so I could post them here. Nowadays I have a dedicated server I upload my comics to so they don't go offline like this, and I have the original comics around, so i can reupload them? But it's going to take a while (in the worst cases, I'll need to re-download every individual panel, rename them so they're in order, then upload them).
I just do not have the time to do that right now, sadly -- I am simply too busy, what with the exams and the comic I wanna finish, so I need to focus on that. I'll work hard to make these comics available asap but please be patient, it'll take a couple days. If anyone by any chance has downloaded the comics and has the panels around, it would save me time if you could PM me!
The Wrap-Up
That's basically it. This is more newsletter than blog, and usually I wouldn't have bothered -- I would've just worked on the new comic till it was ready then posted it without prior warning, like the scamp I am -- but those old comics going offline made me reconsider. I hope you're not too annoyed by this! As I said, it's an easily fixable hiccup that won't happen again once it's fixed; it'll just take a couple hours I do not have.

Have downloaded some of your comics, but I'm not sure I have all of them. I will check ASAP. If you can tell me what the naming scheme is, I could re-name the images before I send them, to save you some time.
