My father is dead

This evening, Feb 27, I was sitting and watching shows with my mother and sister when my father was shot and killed on our street. The man was arrested this same evening, so he can't hurt anyone else-- though a part of me sinfully thinks, "A little late, that."

This means that I am going on an indefinite hiatus. I need to earn money to help support my family, and I won't have time for fanfiction for a very long time. Most likely, I will finish posting Everfree, but we'll see how I'm feeling come morning.

I ask that you keep me and my family in your prayers, and please do not hate my father's killer. Like all of us, he doesn't know how bad sin is, and doesn't know what he's done. Please forgive him.
