Next Chapter. · 5:35pm January 12th
So, since this worked out so well the last time I figured I'd try this again.
First things first, the next chapter is written and handed off. However, it's pretty long compared to the others if you know what I mean. ;P
As you can see, 26,669 words and 569 paragraphs. The mixture of funny numbers was entirely unintentional, I promise. Almost twice as big as my next largest chapter.
So, the question. Do you want me to split it into two chapters?
-Part one would be released when I get the entire thing back from Fur.
-And Part 2 would be released on Feb 1st.
-This would instantly allow me to catch up to my schedule after Nanowrimo set me back a bit.
- This would also give me some breathing room for not only the next chapter, but some creative writing for AAA Alternatives.
Or.
-I drop the girthy 25-26K wordy goodness on you all at once, after Fur is done with it. :D
-No nail-biting thought of, 'what's going to happen next!?' (Unless you want to theorycraft about the next chapter, of course.)

As much ad I'd like to read it at one go it's better to divide the chapter. Stories that are divided in sections close to 10 k words are harder to read, 20 k ones are a nightmare. Personally I prefer when a story has 5-6 k chapters as they're far easier to read-entirely/bookmark etc.
As much as i would like it (insert southpark movie name here) i think you should split it if you can as that is a beefy chapter

Also if you intend to keep the naughty version, I wonder who could be next. Maybe a nice restaurant owner may be willing to give the poor stallion a bed to rest and a shower to clean himself up, yet say mare can be a bit...spicy. And I don't only mean her food jeje
I say give us the full thing, but ultimately I would be fine with either option.
Hm. I'd be for splitting the chapter.
Considering your usual chapter size per word count sits between give or take 8,000 words per minimum and 15,000 at maximum, splitting this one would put you somewhere in the middle at about 12,000 if you were to cut it exactly in half.
Of course, that would also depend on contextual cohesion and where a chapter break would fit.
What I'm saying is the length if cut roughly in half seems almost perfect.
Aaand it would definitely take pressure off you if you were to release these chapters at reasonable intervals.
Giving you more time to both write the next one and...well, do whatever else you do in life.
Seems like an overall win-win to me!
Depends on if theres a good splitting point in the chapter itself. If it wont flow right dont split it, otherwise do split it....
personaly from a reader perspective i dont want it split
as a fellow writer however i say DO split it.
that being said i like the funny number and would be sad to see it go.
Some like long chapter and some like short chapter, its depends on the reader. For me, i prefer long chapter.
The first one while I do love longer chapters 25,000 words is a bit too much at the same time I don’t wanna inconvenience you I think it’d be better to release it in two parts for everyone’s sake

Split it, if it's a decent spot. I like long chapters, but you having breathing room is just better
I would love to get the lot dropped at once but if splitting it gives you breathing room then split it up
good stories are worth the wait and this storie is great
